Service Description
Course takes 5 hours but time may be extended with additional topics. student-instructor ratio is 6:1 and student-manikin ratio is 2:1 the recommended ratio is 3:1 giving students more flexibility practice. Anyone can take the Heartsaver course. There are no prerequisites.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours before a class. Not attending a scheduled session or no-shows, will not be given a refund. Payment will be forfeited. No refund will be granted for registrations made less than 24 hours prior to a class. Kind Hearts CPR reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or attendance. In the event of a cancellation, payment will be refunded or the payment can be transferred to a class on another date.
