BLS Basic Life Support

Service Description
BLS is a 4 hr course student-instructor ratio is 6:1 and student-manikin ratio is 2:1 the recommended ratio is 3:1 giving students more flexibility practice.
This class is to help train participants to save lives of victims in cardiac arrest using high quality CPR. It is designed to teach healthcare professionals to perform high-quality CPR individually and or as part of a team. Those who take this course will learn rescue techniques for adults, children and infants. In order to meet course completion requirements BLS students must pass the skills testing component and Written exam. The passing score is at least 84 %.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours before a class. Not attending a scheduled session or no-shows, will not be given a refund. Payment will be forfeited. No refund will be granted for registrations made less than 24 hours prior to a class. Kind Hearts CPR reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or attendance. In the event of a cancellation, payment will be refunded or the payment can be transferred to a class on another date.

Service Description
Invite your family and/or friends to learn the skills to feel empowered during an emergency.
The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
Party discounts/specials available. Price listed is per person. No certification provided.

Anyone can take the Heartsaver course. There are no prerequisites.

Heart Saver Bloodborne Pathogens

Service Description
Takes 2 hours for all required lessons. This is fast-paced and allows students to watch and practice their skills. While students can practice skill repetition with the instructor’s feedback to improve their performance; Students must demonstrate mastery of key resuscitation skills to successfully complete the course.
